Frequently Asked Questions

When does MiddleWater visit my dock?

MiddleWater visits your dock a minimum of 1 time per week. In most cases this will be on the same day every week. Depending on weather activity and lake level changes, we may visit multiple times inside of the same week. Middlewater will only visit on weekends in emergency situations or as a result of recent weather conditions.

Do I really need this?

Everyone has different reasons for inquiring about dock monitoring services. Most of our clients look to MiddleWater to take care of their dock as this is not their primary place of residency. Convenience is another primary driver for dock monitoring, allowing a dock and its members to focus on the fun and not the chores. Physical limitations and a lack of dock knowledge are among many other reasons.

What if I have an emergency?

With all of our service plans, we offer emergency assistance. If your dock becomes unanchored from one or more of its points, simply call us and we will get to your dock as fast as we can get staff onsite to get your dock repositioned and secured. At this time, MiddleWater does not provide structure repairs or replacements.
